New elevated American dining destination opens its full restaurant following successful debut of The Grille Room

BATH TOWNSHIP, Ohio, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- 1818 American Grille will celebrate the grand opening of its full restaurant on Thursday, September 24, at 1070 Ghent Road in Bath, Ohio. Expanding on the launch of the award-winning Grille Room, 1818 is opening their main dining room, private dining spaces, covered patio and raw bar located on the first floor after renovations.

1818 is the latest restaurant concept from the team behind The Last Page, pairing high-quality ingredients and thoughtful execution with a polished yet approachable atmosphere designed for everything from weeknight dinners to special occasions.

The much-anticipated full opening of 1818 is building on an already glowing reception of The Grille Room, an intimate dining experience located downstairs with a full view of the restaurant's kitchen. At the center of the 1818 experience is its wood-fired grill, which brings depth and character to a menu rooted in elevated American classics. Led by Chef Brad Race, the culinary program focuses on quality ingredients, refined technique and familiar dishes executed exceptionally well. The wood-fired grill was a foundational part of the concept from its initial development, influencing everything from steaks and seafood to seasonal vegetables.
