170-Unit Luxury Townhome Project Breaks Ground in Houston Suburb

Build-to-Rent Housing Community, Amplify Tomball, by Ascendant Development Targets High-End Tomball Market

TOMBALL, Texas, Feb. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Construction has begun on a 170-unit luxury townhome community in one of Houston's fastest-growing suburbs, marking a significant expansion of build-to-rent housing in the region.

Ascendant Development recently broke ground on Amplify Tomball at 17318 N. Eldridge Pkwy. The development sits among homes valued between $500,000 and $1 million-plus, offering renters access to high-end neighborhoods and top-rated public schools.
