Trump is weighing whether to restrict non-essential travel from Europe to the U.S. as the outbreak of the coronavirus continues to spread, according to Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter. Restrictions would include some business travel but it's unclear how far ranging the limits would be.
The White House may invoke Stafford Act for disaster relief.
