U.S. Reaches Deal in Principle with China, Awaits Trump Sign-off - Bloomberg

U.S. negotiators have reached terms of a phase-one trade deal with China that now awaits President Trump's approval, according to Bloomberg, citing people briefed on the plans.
Trade advisers are set to meet with the president to discuss the agreement a 2:30 pm. An announcement could come as soon as this afternoon.
