Trump signs bill to end partial government shutdown

U.S. President Donald Trump signed a bill into law on Tuesday to end a partial government shutdown and restore lapsed funding for federal agencies.

The legislation restores funding for defense, healthcare and other agencies that had been affected by the shutdown.
