Steve Bannon Removed from National Security Council Role in Shakeup - Bloomberg
Steve Bannon was removed from his role on President Trump's National Security Council amid a reorganization Wednesday, Bloomberg News reported citing a person familiar and a regulatory filing.
Homeland Security Adviser, Tom Bossert, also has his role on the Council downgraded, the report said.
Trump's move to add chief strategist Bannon to the Council drew heavy criticism.
