Ross Says US and ZTE Reached $1.4 Billion Agreement - CNBC

Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross confirmed in a CNBC interview that the U.S. reached a deal with ZTE allowing the company to get back into business after paying a fine and agreeing to management changes. The fine is $1 billion, with $400 million in escrow.

The U.S. will retain the power to shut them down again, if needed.
