Nearly 58 Million Tuned in to Watch VP Debate - Nielsen
An estimated 57.9 million people tuned in to watch the first and only vice presidential debate of the 2020 election on Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2020 between Democratic Vice Presidential Nominee Kamala Harris and Republican Vice Presidential Nominee Mike Pence, Nielsen reported. This compared to 37.2 million for the 2016 Vice Presidential debate.
