Manafort Told to Surrender to Feds - NYT

Paul Manafort, Trump's former campaign chairman, and his former business associate Rick Gates were told to surrender to federal authorities Monday morning, the first charges in a special counsel investigation, according the the New York Times, citing a person involved in the case. Charges against the two were not immediately clear.
