Kamala Harris' lead over Donald Trump narrowed to 46% vs 43%, according to the latest Reuters/Ipsos Poll.
Harris leads by three percentage points among registered voters.
Respondents prefer Trump 44%-38% on addressing cost of living.
Majority agree with Trump's claim that migrants in the U.S. illegally are a threat.
