Bank Stocks Gain as Trump to Take Hatchet to Dodd-Frank

Bank stocks are sharply higher Friday as President Trump is expected to overhaul Dodd-Frank. Trump is expected to issue an executive order shortly on the regulations.

"We expect to be cutting a lot out of Dodd-Frank," Trump said to reporters at today's meeting with CEOs.
