Scherr joins project44 after serving as a Senior Advisor for seven years. In his new role, Scherr will unify Technology Leadership, Support, Network and Business Operations to streamline operational execution and accelerate innovation. Scherr most recently co-founded and served as CEO of Juno, a PropTech startup leveraging decentralized supply chains to accelerate real estate decarbonization. At Juno, he successfully raised $50 million in venture funding, built a leadership team from Apple, Tesla, Amazon and Turner Construction, and delivered the first fully component-based mass timber building in the U.S. Under his leadership, Juno was recognized by the World Economic Forum and earned awards from Fast Company and the U.S. Department of Forestry.
