inMarket to Acquire Thinknear, Expand Location-Based Marketing Solutions

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 8, 2019 /PRNewswire/ --Ā inMarket, the leader in digital advertising for the physical world, today announced plans to acquire Thinknear, a premier provider of location-based services, from TelenavĀ®, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNAV). The acquisition will have Thinknear's team and intellectual property join inMarket in exchange for Telenav receiving a minority equity interest in the fast-growing company. Following inMarket's 10 years of bootstrapped expansion and 89% year-over-year growth in Q2 2019, the combined business will roughly double headcount and revenue. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed during the quarter ending September 30, 2019.
