Youlife to Postpone Full Year 2025 Financial Results and Earnings Conference Call

("Youlife" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: YOUL), a leading blue-collar lifetime service provider in China, today announced that the Company will postpone the release of its key operational and financial results for the full year of 2025 initially scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time, and the earnings conference call initially scheduled for 12:00 p.m. Eastern time on the same day.

The Company will announce its key operational and financial results for the full year of 2025 and earnings conference call schedule on or about April 28, 2026 to allow additional time to complete its year-end closing procedures.
