Yardi's commitment to energy efficiency garners ongoing recognition

The Sustained Excellence Award, presented to Yardi for the fourth time this year, is a prestigious acknowledgment of the company's consistent leadership and ongoing commitment to energy efficiency in real estate.

The Service and Product Provider Partner of the Year Award celebrates partners who exhibit exceptional achievement. In this award category, partners use ENERGY STAR tools and resources to help clients enhance energy efficiency in existing buildings or new constructions.

In 2023, Yardi helped clients benchmark energy in 6,500 buildings and water in 5,771 buildings. With the support of a dedicated team of benchmarking analysts and energy engineers, Yardi also submitted applications for over 300 properties to achieve ENERGY STAR certification or recertification.
