DUBAI, UAE, April 23, 2025  /PRNewswire/ -- Yalla Group Limited ("Yalla" or the "Company") (NYSE: YALA), the largest Middle East and North Africa (MENA)-based online social networking and gaming company, today announced that it has filed its annual report on Form 20-F that includes its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on April 23, 2025, U.S. Eastern Time.
