XLCS Partners advises Signature Engineered Solutions on its sale to AFC Industries

Headquartered in Aurora, Illinois, SES solves complex fastening and assembly challenges for OEM customers. The company supplies specialty threaded products, metal and plastic fasteners, clips, clamps, springs, rivets, and precision machined components across the automotive, heavy truck, heavy equipment, construction, energy, electrification, HVAC, and power generation markets. SES also provides third-party logistics services, including warehousing, inventory management, kitting, labeling, and light assembly.

AFC Industries, headquartered in West Chester, Ohio, is a supply chain solutions provider offering Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), custom-engineered components, and value-added services from more than 100 locations across seven countries. The addition of SES broadens AFC's engineered component capabilities and expands its reach with industrial and OEM customers.
