Lonna started with Weidner in 2007 and has 38 years of experience in operations within the real estate industry. During her 18-year tenure, she has held several leadership roles, including Regional Director, Regional Vice President, Vice President of Operations, and, most recently, Executive Vice President, a position she has held since November 2023. With her outstanding operational expertise, Lonna has been instrumental in overseeing 83 ventures for Weidner, encompassing a range of projects, including lease-ups, acquisitions, renovations, and new developments.

A true leader in the multifamily space, Lonna is celebrated for her passion for people development and building high-performing teams. She played a pivotal role in helping Weidner achieve a spot on the NMHC Top 50 Owners List in 2013 and reach its current 12^th position, illustrating her commitment to continuous improvement and pushing boundaries.
