Vitruvius Built Named REALM® Global's Preferred Legacy Home Builder Partner

Park City firm brings construction expertise and personalized service to a global community serving discerning families and their trusted advisors.

PARK CITY, Utah, Oct. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Vitruvius Built, a luxury residential construction firm based in Park City, Utah, has been named REALM® Global's Preferred Legacy Home Builder Partner. The partnership brings the firm's expertise in luxury residential estate construction, principal-level service, and disciplined financial stewardship to REALM's global community, offering members a trusted resource for navigating the custom homebuilding process.

The relationship reflects the importance of coordination among the professionals entrusted with a family's homes, wealth, and long-term interests. For REALM members and their clients considering a custom residence in Utah's mountain communities, Vitruvius Built provides practical guidance on site considerations, preconstruction, cost planning, and execution. This expertise complements the work of real estate advisors, family offices, wealth advisors, and owner's representatives, helping them better serve clients from the earliest stages of planning.

"An exceptional home begins with understanding the people it will serve and the legacy they hope to create," said Julie Faupel, Founder of REALM. "Vitruvius Built brings that perspective to our community, combining exceptional craftsmanship with the personal attention and financial discipline that discerning families and their advisors value. We are delighted to welcome Vitruvius Built as REALM Global's Preferred Legacy Home Builder Partner, bringing our community a team that understands the care, collaboration, and accountability required to create homes for generations."

Vitruvius Built's mission is the precision execution of generational homes: residences intended to bring families together and serve them for decades. The firm works alongside leading architects, interior designers, homeowners, and their representatives, combining meticulous craftsmanship with disciplined preconstruction and transparent financial management.

"A generational home carries a family's expectations, a significant commitment of capital, and the responsibility to create something that will serve them for decades," said Charles Ochello Jr., Founder and CEO of Vitruvius Built. "Our clients deserve the care and discretion of exceptional hospitality, financial stewardship with the rigor of a family office, and a builder personally invested in the outcome. We want to be a resource REALM members can turn to for thoughtful guidance, helping them ask the right questions early and serve their clients with greater confidence."

For families managing complex lives and residences across multiple locations, that approach emphasizes clear communication, real-time financial visibility, and coordination with their authorized advisory teams. Early collaboration gives clients and their representatives a clearer understanding of site complexity, cost planning, construction timelines, and the implications of design decisions.

The firm deliberately limits its active portfolio to preserve principal involvement throughout each project. Clients, advisors, and design partners have direct access to the leadership responsible for execution. This depth of involvement supports financial and emotional security for homeowners and creative security for architects and designers, protecting the design intent through the realities of construction.

The partnership reflects a shared focus on service and relationships that extend beyond an individual transaction, supporting families as their priorities, properties, and needs evolve.
