Vice Admiral Colin J. Kilrain Joins Constellis Board of Directors

Kilrain, USN (Ret.), has joined its Board of Directors. A decorated military leader with nearly four decades of service in the U.S. Navy, Kilrain brings significant expertise in national security, special operations, and global strategic affairs.

Kilrain most recently served as Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 2021 to 2023, advising on high-level defense strategies and interagency coordination. Prior to that, he was the Associate Director for Military Affairs at the Central Intelligence Agency, where he played a pivotal role in shaping U.S. national security policy. Throughout his career, he commanded NATO Special Operations Headquarters, Special Operations Command Pacific, and Naval Special Warfare Group Two, overseeing complex operations across multiple continents.
