Veleta Capital Secures Strategic Investment from TriPost Capital Partners

Partnership Anchors Veleta Fund II, a New Transitional Multifamily Lending Strategy

LOS ANGELES, May 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Veleta Capital, LLC ("Veleta"), a vertically integrated real estate private credit platform focused on multifamily and mixed-use assets, today announced that it has secured a strategic investment from TriPost Capital Partners, LLC ("TriPost"), a real estate private equity firm focused on partnering with established middle market real estate operating and development companies. The investment will support the continued growth of Veleta's platform and anchor Veleta Fund II ("VF2"), a new strategy focused on structured credit for multifamily assets.

Veleta is a nimble, next-generation credit platform with the ability to provide flexible, creative financing to partners during periods of significant capital markets dislocation. With the launch of VF2, Veleta will build upon the firm's track record to originate short-term, senior secured loans of up to $75 million, targeting experienced sponsors and transitional assets in Tier I and Tier II U.S. markets. The strategy will initially offer bridge and senior secured transitional loans, providing borrowers with capital support, speed, and certainty.
