Acquisition Extends Valicor's Sustainable Wastewater Treatment Services into the Oklahoma Market

MONROE, Ohio, July 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Valicor Environmental Services ("Valicor"), a leading provider of centralized waste treatment and recycling services in North America, today announced it has acquired NewGen Resources, LLC ("NewGen"), a provider of wastewater treatment and industrial oil services in the Oklahoma area. With this acquisition, Valicor expands its footprint into Oklahoma and broadens its offering of environmentally responsible waste and wastewater treatment services.

Based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, NewGen is a provider of non-hazardous wastewater disposal and industrial oil services. NewGen operates a centralized wastewater treatment facility in Oklahoma City and an oil collection and processing facility in Atkins, Arkansas. With the addition of NewGen, Valicor now operates 30 facilities across 15 states.
