The MV Multi-Trap^® Vacuum Inlet Trap removes volatile liquids and solids created by the plastics extrusion process and is offered in 10", 12", and 16" dia. models for pump capacities over 2,000 CFM. Designed to protect vacuum pumps on plastic extruders from failures due to volatile extrusion byproducts, they can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

Featuring all 304 stainless steel constructions with a full first-stage knockdown baffle, a second stage of stainless steel gauze filters, and a bottom cooling option, the MV Multi-Trap^® Vacuum Inlet Trap for plastic extruders is field-proven to extend vacuum pump life by over 12 years. It is available with 1.5" to 6.0" port sizes and various options.
