United Food Group - Next Generation Perfect Servings Coffee Condiment Dispenser

ELGIN, Ill., Sept. 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Over twenty years ago United Food Group (UFG) was challenged by a convenience store chain to find a solution for excessive pilferage at the coffee bar at each of their locations. "Within months UFG had a solution to the problem," said Bryan Real, President of UFG. "We selected one store within the chain, removed the racks of condiment packets and cannisters, cleaned the counter of an assortment of half opened packets, and put in place our first Perfect Servings Condiment Dispenser." In just months, the store realized a savings of over 30% in condiment costs. Since then, UFG has placed over 80,000 condiment dispensers across the country.

Today we are announcing the rollout of our fifth-generation dispenser.

In February 2026 we will incorporate a digital display touch screen enhancement to the Perfect Servings Dispenser. "No more manual label changes needed when store personnel want to change the type of product in the dispenser. Simply pick a new label from the touch screen and replace it," says Bob Long, UFG Design Engineer.

Our partners can run videos of in-store specials, car dealerships can advertise next years models, hotels chains can advertise travel and rewards programs. "There is a myriad of possibilities utilizing the digital touch screen," said Doug Shea, Director of Marketing.
