United Apartment Group Expands Leadership Team to Accelerate Third-Party Management Growth

Multifamily Veterans Woody Stone and Lenzie O'Connor to Lead Business Development and Client Services

SAN ANTONIO, Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- United Apartment Group (UAG), a third-party multifamily property management company and an affiliate of Brixton Capital, has appointed Woody Stone as Chief Growth Officer and Lenzie O'Connor as Vice President of Client Services & Strategy. The appointments come as UAG targets significant growth of its third-party management portfolio over the next several years.

Stone will lead national business development and expand UAG's relationships with owners and investment partners, while O'Connor will focus on strengthening client relationships and helping the company's service and operational capabilities keep pace with its growing business.

The expanded leadership team also supports the continued growth of Brixton Capital's Residential division, which brings together asset management, property management, construction management, and insurance and risk management capabilities for multifamily owners and investors.

Woody Stone Named Chief Growth Officer

Stone brings 25 years of multifamily operating and leadership experience to UAG. Most recently, he served as President of Multifamily Asset Services for Cushman & Wakefield, where he provided strategic oversight for a national multifamily management platform encompassing approximately 180,000 units. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Stone spent 17 years with Pinnacle in a variety of leadership roles. He later founded Stone Advisory Group, LLC, advising private equity firms, institutional multifamily organizations, and proptech companies.

As Chief Growth Officer, Stone will focus on building relationships with owners and investment partners and developing new third-party management opportunities. He will also work with UAG leadership on technology and innovation initiatives, including the use of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to support operations and client service.

Lenzie O'Connor Named Vice President of Client Services & Strategy

O'Connor brings nearly two decades of multifamily experience spanning institutional client services, portfolio analytics, operations, and business development. She joined UAG following more than 14 years with Greystar, where she most recently served as Director of National Client Services.

At Greystar, O'Connor served as relationship lead for a major client portfolio encompassing approximately 31 assets and more than 10,000 units. Earlier in her career, she supported institutional clients representing 85 multifamily assets and more than 23,000 apartment homes. Her experience includes portfolio and financial analysis, underwriting, acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence, market analysis, and new business development.

At UAG, O'Connor will focus on strengthening client relationships and using portfolio analytics and operational insights to identify opportunities and support asset performance.
