USG Water Solutions Names Christina Coen as Chief Executive Officer

ATLANTA, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- USG Water Solutions, the leading water utility services provider specializing in storage tanks, plant rehabilitation, metering, and distribution systems, today announced the appointment of Christina Coen as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2026. Coen succeeds John Flaugher, who is transitioning to a strategic advisory role.

Coen joins USG Water from UPL Corp, where she most recently served as Chief Transformation Officer, R&D and Sustainability Lead, and previously as Chief Marketing Officer with global P&L responsibility for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Nalco Water (an Ecolab Company), FMC Corporation, and Dow Chemical, spanning R&D, transformation, marketing, and commercial leadership across the agricultural and specialty chemicals sectors.
