Trilogy Real Estate Group Fully Subscribes Luxury Multifamily DST Offering Near Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE, March 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Trilogy Real Estate Group, a Chicago-based real estate investment and property management firm, announced today that its latest Delaware statutory trust offering, Trilogy Franklin WI Multifamily DST, has been fully subscribed. Approximately $58.5 million in equity proceeds from the offering, along with $43.1 million in debt financing, were used to acquire Velo Village Apartments — a 265-unit, Class A luxury multifamily community located in the Milwaukee suburb of Franklin, Wisconsin.

Velo Village is located fifteen miles from downtown Milwaukee off Highway 36 at 7235 S. Ballpark Drive.
