Tonya Pierson Joins Assurity as Vice President, Inforce Administration

LINCOLN, Neb., Feb. 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Tonya Pierson has joined Assurity as Vice President, Inforce Administration. She brings 26 years of industry experience to her new role. Pierson will lead Assurity's Inforce Administration Team in areas including productivity, innovative solutions, and modern processes, while also maintaining high service standards and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Pierson comes to Assurity with more than two decades of knowledge in the Life Inforce area. She has experience throughout the voluntary insurance benefit life cycle, from customer service and project management to operations management. Throughout her career, she led teams and executed projects to deliver cost savings, quality and increased employee engagement.
