ORLANDO, Fla., March 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Tompkins Solutions, a leader in supply chain consulting and automation, and MSI Automate, a premier provider of warehouse automation solutions, today announced their plans to merge their respective companies.  This strategic move brings together two industry innovators to create a comprehensive end-to-end warehouse automation solutions provider. By combining expertise, technology, and resources, the combined company will provide nationwide offerings spanning supply chain consulting, material handling and system integration services, managed services and support, and end-to-end software offerings spanning warehouse management, warehouse execution, and warehouse control systems.  The combined company will retain the Tompkins Solutions brand and name.
