Norman brings over 20 years of experience in insurance technology, with a deep background in property and casualty, as well as life and health insurance markets. As Chief Growth Officer, he will lead Finys' go-to-market strategies and support the company's expansion into new markets.

Khetrapal joins Finys with more than a decade of experience in financial operations and planning. As Director of Finance, he will oversee financial strategy, helping to guide sustainable, long-term growth.
