Therap Services Attendance Tracking Made Easy with Predictive Selection
Dynamic Filtering for Relevant Attendance Options
With this enhancement, the Service Description (Code), Program (Site), and Attendance Type fields are now dynamically filtered based on the selected Start Date/End Date, Individual, and Service Authorization Status. This ensures that staff see only relevant, authorized options, reducing errors and saving time.
Simplified Data Entry Process
On the Search Service for New Attendance page, users simply select a Start Date, and the system will immediately limit available field options to those matching the selected criteria. Similarly, on the Attendance Data Search page, choosing both a Start Date and End Date unlocks the filtered results.
To make data entry even quicker, if only one valid option exists for a field, the system will automatically fill it in. If multiple valid options are available, staff can easily choose the correct one from a short, accurate list.
The automation also helps agencies:
- Work More Efficiently – Staff spend less time scrolling through irrelevant options.
- Maintain Accuracy – Only authorized services, programs, and attendance types are shown.
- Stay Compliant – Attendance entries match active Service Authorizations by design.
Therap Services continues to enhance its platform with tools that streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and allow providers to dedicate more time to person-centered care.
