Established wealth management firm overseeing nearly $200 million represents fourth acquisition of 2024 for Cetera's employee-based RIA, The Retirement Planning Group

Three employees serving approximately 200 clients to join The Retirement Planning Group, which oversees more than $2.6 billion in assets under management

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 24, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Cetera Holdings, the parent company of Cetera Financial Group (collectively, Cetera), the premier financial advisor Wealth Hub, announced today that Cetera's employee-based RIA, The Retirement Planning Group (TRPG), has acquired Parrott Wealth Management, LLC. Led by William Parrott, CFP^®, the firm manages approximately $185 million in assets under management, as of December 31, 2023, and is based in Austin, TX. Through the acquisition, three full-time professionals will become TRPG/Cetera employees.
