The transaction, which closed on September 3, 2026, reflects a deliberate portfolio decision that enables TFP to focus its capital, resources, and leadership attention more fully on strategic growth opportunities across Canada. Illume has joined IVI RMA North America's growing network of fertility clinics, laboratories, and reproductive medicine providers across the United States.
