Terry Theologides Joins Primestone Partners' Technology Advisory Board

NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Primestone Partners, a New York-based management company focused on strategic technology investments in the finance and housing industries, announced today that Terry Theologides has joined the company's Technology Advisory Board. Theologides is a seasoned executive and legal strategist with more than two decades of experience in housing finance, real estate, financial services and fintech.

Most recently, Theologides served as Fannie Mae's Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer where he led the company's Legal, Communications & Public Affairs, Economic & Strategic Research, Mission & Impact and Marketing teams. He was also a member of the Management Committee. He originally joined Fannie Mae in 2019 as EVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Prior to Fannie Mae, Theologides was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at CoreLogic, Inc. where he was a member of the Management Committee and played a key role in shaping the company's strategic innovation and M&A initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held senior legal roles at Morgan Stanley and New Century Financial Corporation.

Theologides has also served in leadership roles at several housing and finance industry associations including as an Executive Council Member of the Housing Policy Council, Chair of the Consumer Data Industry Association and a Member of the Federal Reserve Board's Consumer Advisory Council. HousingWire Magazine has previously recognized Theologides as one of the top 50 executives in housing.
