TeraWatt Technology completes the 1st close of Series C funding round

SAN FRANCISCO, July 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- TeraWatt Technology Inc. (Headquartered in California, USA) is pleased to announce the completion of the 1st close of its Series C funding round. Existing investors including Khosla Ventures, Temasek, and JIC Venture Growth Investments participated in the round, alongside new investors such as Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), GX Acceleration Agency, and G. K. Goh Ventures.

The investment will enable TeraWatt Technology to make further capital investments in its initial mass production facility, enabling a phased increase in production capacity and further strengthening of its mass production operations.
