With over 20 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, and strategic consulting, Felix brings a wealth of expertise to Tequity. Prior to joining the firm, he co-founded a boutique consulting firm in Florida where he served an UHNW family office. Felix provided strategic advice on majority investments in key sectors, including software, healthcare, and blockchain. He also founded and successfully exited his own SaaS company. His hands-on experience in value creation, combined with his work alongside family office investment committees, boards, and C-suite executives, adds an invaluable dimension to Tequity's team.

Felix holds a Bachelor of Commerce with honors in Management Information Systems and Finance from the UBC Sauder School of Business.
