Target Corporation Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT) has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.14 per common share.  The dividend is payable December 1, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business November 12, 2025.  The 4th quarter dividend will be the company's 233rd consecutive dividend paid since October 1967 when the company became publicly held.
