Tareen Development Partners brings Culver's to Faribault

FARIBAULT, Minn., Sept. 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Tareen Development Partners (TDP), founded by Basir Tareen, announced today that it is developing a new Culver's location in Faribault, MN. This project continues TDP's role as a trusted development partner for Culver's, following its recent work in Princeton, MN.

The Faribault restaurant will be owned and operated by local franchise owner Deanna Wesley, of VGW Faribault Custard, LLC. Wesley also operates Culver's restaurants in Albertville and Princeton, MN.

Construction is scheduled to begin in early December 2025, with demolition and site preparation, followed by the building of the restaurant shell and interiors through the spring. The project is expected to wrap up in May 2026, weather permitting.

The new restaurant will feature dine-in seating, a drive-thru, and take-out service. Guests will order at the counter and enjoy freshly prepared meals delivered right to their tables.
