TRG ANNOUNCES NEW CEO

Pete Lempert, marketing and advertising veteran, will assume role March 31

DALLAS, March 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Glenn Dady, CEO of Dallas-based advertising agency TRG, today announced that longtime principal Pete Lempert will succeed him in the CEO role, effective March 31. Lempert joined TRG in 1994 and has led business for brands like Corona Beer, Nokia, Advance Auto Parts, Amstel Beer, Learjet, Mohawk Flooring, Charles Schwab, Orkin, Sewell Automotive Companies, and others. Promoted to principal in 1996, he became chief development officer and managing principal in 2024.

Dady, named CEO in 2019 after 39 years at the agency, will retire this spring.

Lempert graduated from Denison University in Granville, Ohio, and started his career at Bozell & Jacobs in Dallas, working on such clients as Dial, American Airlines, NationsBank, Armour Foods, and Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems.
