TRC Companies Further Invests in Infrastructure Capabilities with Executive Hire

WINDSOR, Conn., Feb. 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- TRC Companies, Inc. (TRC), a global professional services firm providing integrated strategy, consulting, engineering and applied technologies in support of the energy transition, announced that Jay Duncan has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Transportation Practice Leader for TRC's Environment and Infrastructure Sector. In this role, Duncan will enhance the Company's focus on advancing strategies to deliver large, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects with transportation agencies in the U.S.

With more than 30 years of experience in transportation infrastructure planning and development, Duncan brings a wealth of expertise in all facets of project development, including feasibility studies, master plans, alternatives analysis, environmental analysis, and design and construction. The majority of his experience lies in leading complex infrastructure projects for all transportation modes.
