TENEO APPOINTS AMY EDGY AS HEAD OF RESTRUCTURING COMMUNICATIONS

NEW YORK, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Amy Edgy as Senior Managing Director and Head of Restructuring Communications within its Strategy & Communications business.

Amy brings more than 25 years of experience guiding clients through distressed debt, insolvency and other high-stakes legal, operational and financial matters. She has advised boards, management teams, lenders, bondholders and asset buyers on some of the largest municipal, national and cross-border restructurings of the past quarter century. Amy joins Teneo from Kekst CNC and was previously a restructuring partner at the law firms Linklaters and Jones Day.

As Head of Restructuring Communications, Amy will work across Teneo's integrated global advisory platform, advising clients on operational and financial restructurings, liability management exercises and other special situations, and helping them manage the financial, legal and reputational challenges that arise during periods of significant change.
