TEAMSTERS, UNION ALLIES TO DEMAND CSU PAY WORKERS WHAT THEY ARE OWED
University Leadership Must Deliver Contractual Obligations to Workers
Despite receiving full funding in the 2025 state budget, CSU notified the labor unions representing university workers that they will not be able to provide the salary step increases and cost-of-living adjustments agreed upon in their respective collective bargaining agreements. To address these issues, the
Teamsters Local 2010, CFA, and CSUEU have filed grievances and unfair labor practice charges against CSU for their failure to bargain in good faith and refusal to pay employees raises and salary steps that were agreed to in their respective collective bargaining agreements.
