(NYSE: SPH) (the "Partnership"), a nationwide distributor of propane, renewable propane, renewable natural gas, fuel oil and related products and services, as well as a marketer of natural gas and electricity and investor in low carbon fuel alternatives, announced today that it has scheduled its 2024 Tri-Annual Meeting of the Limited Partners of the Partnership to be held in person on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m. E.T, at its executive offices located at One Suburban Plaza, 240 Route 10 West, Whippany, New Jersey 07981 (the "2024 Tri-Annual Meeting").
