Standard Wellness Appoints Rob McCourt as VP of Wholesale

CLEVELAND, Sept. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Standard Wellness Holdings, LLC ("Standard Wellness" or the "Company"), a leading multi-state cannabis operator, today announced the appointment of Rob McCourt as its Vice President of Wholesale. In this role, Rob will be responsible for driving the company's wholesale strategy, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with retail partners. He will report to Jared Maloof, Chief Executive Officer of Standard Wellness.

McCourt joins Standard Wellness from Firelands Scientific, where he was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Revenue. During his time there, he played a pivotal role in scaling the company from a pre-revenue startup into a leading multi-state operator with over 250 employees. He led all revenue growth efforts, built a commercial organization of more than 160, and spearheaded the development of a world-class house of brands and retail footprint. Prior to his work in the cannabis industry, McCourt held leadership roles at Cisco Systems and Verizon, where he specialized in go-to-market strategy and high-ticket consultative selling.
