SpotSee Acquires Telatemp

ST. LOUIS, April 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- ShockWatch, Inc. d/b/a SpotSee, a Harbour Group company, completed the acquisition of Telatemp Corporation, Jeff Fox, Harbour Group's chairman and chief executive officer, announced. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

From its facility in Anaheim, Cal., Telatemp supplies a variety of sensors, indicators and dataloggers that ensure proper monitoring of temperature, humidity, handling and other characteristics during the shipment of sensitive items. The company supports a wide variety of customers and end markets, with a particular expertise in the life sciences sector.
