Lauren Ankeles, Executive Vice President, Operations and Transformation

Ankeles joins Spectrum in a newly established role to lead company-wide operational initiatives, reimagining workflows and driving efficiencies that will allow Spectrum to continue to deliver as the agency of the future. Ankeles will serve as Spectrum's efficiency engineer, harnessing the power of technology, including AI, to create best-in-class services and stand-alone offerings that deliver optimal experiences for clients. Ankeles is an accomplished and dynamic leader who brings nearly two decades of experience in healthcare strategy and operations spanning organizations at every stage, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Natalie Newman, Chief Human Resources Officer
