Pilipovic is an established finance leader and professional with more than 20 years of progressive experience with both public and private multinational companies in a variety of sectors. Her early career began in commercial banking with roles in commercial credit, treasury sales and treasury product solutions for middle market clients. She later transitioned to finance roles focusing on corporate treasury, risk management and financial planning for notable large companies in the West Michigan area, including Amway, Stryker and Acrisure.

Most recently, Pilipovic served as Vice President and Treasurer of Orbia, a multi-billion-dollar public company based in Mexico City, Mexico. She was responsible for the company's debt and liquidity management, asset and liability management, financial risk management and corporate insurance programs.
