Soter Holdings Appoints Senior Independent Non-Executive Director

ABU DHABI, UAE, April 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Soter Holdings Limited, parent company to Soter Insurance Limited, a provider of specialized insurance products tailored to the digital asset economy, appoints Mariner Investment Group CEO, Curtis Arledge as an Independent Director.

Mr. Arledge is also a member of Mariner Investment Group's Management and Risk Committees. He previously served as the CEO of BNY Mellon Investment Management, Vice Chairman of the Bank and was also responsible for the firm's Markets Group. Prior to BNY Mellon, he was the chief investment officer for fundamental fixed income portfolios at BlackRock, Inc.

Mr. Arledge is an Advisory Council member at Princeton's Bendheim Center for Finance. He previously served as Vice Chairman of the U.S. Treasury Borrowing Advisory Committee and was inducted into the Fixed Income Analysts Society Hall of Fame in 2014. Mr. Arledge is a member of the board of directors of Autism Speaks, an autism advocacy organization that sponsors autism research and family services.
