She brings over 21 years of experience at Optum, where she built and scaled eligibility and front-end revenue cycle management (RCM) technology used by some of the largest healthcare providers and payers in the United States. Recognized as a foremost industry expert on X12 EDI connections and 270/271 transactions, Crystal has led innovation in the very infrastructure that underpins how providers and payers exchange eligibility data. Her expertise in architecting and scaling mission-critical systems makes her uniquely positioned to help Sohar handle tens of millions of API calls as behavioral health organizations modernize their front-end RCM operations.
