His expertise includes time with nationally recognized providers such as The Aspenwood Company and Volante Senior Living, where he supported portfolios spanning multiple states and dozens of communities.

As CFO, David has led a wide range of financial operations critical to company success. His experience includes lender and investor relations, treasury management and cash flow forecasting, pro forma analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, financing transactions, and risk management. David is also recognized for developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and building high-performing teams that drive results.
